I used Bay Area at a rental property. They did a fabulous job. From the estimate all the way to project completion. He was professional, responsive, and did great work. The pavers look great!!! I plan on using him for my new property just purchased here very soon. After Tyler and his team come I feel The house and outside look brand new!!

They did a great job. They came out and pressured washed the house and driveway and cleaned out the gutters (they really need it bad too). They came out on short notice and they were (in MHO, reasonably priced.) They even did the sidewalk ..wasn't expecting that...I had planned on the house and driveway and call it good...was surprised they went the "extra mile"...You don't see that kind of work ethic often these days. Thanks for the getting out to the house so quickly and the great work.

Great Service, Showed up on time and fixed the problem we had with a messy subcontractor. They were able to get the thin set, paint and tile saw dust off of the customers pavers, and did it rather quickly. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you guys!!!
